Ferroli
Ferroli is a leading company in the production and commercialisation of heat and air-conditioning comfort systems. The company’s €260M in medium/long-term debt was consolidated and restructured by Oxy Capital as part of the transaction. This, together with a total investment of €60M of new money, allowed for the relaunch of the business operations and implementation of a new business plan. The deal was formalised at the end of 2015.

Olio Dante
The Dante Group operates in the olive and vegetable oil market through several well-known brands: Dante, Olita, Oio, Topazio. The refining and bottling activities are carried out at the Montesarchio plant (Benevento, South Italy), one of the biggest and most modern of Europe. The total investment from Oxy/Attestor has been 20 M€. The deal was closed in 2017.

Manuli Stretch
Manuli Stretch is a world leader in manufacturing high performance stretch films and global packaging wholesaler with a dedicated commercial network. Transaction consisted of acquisition of 80% equity, bank debt restructuring and €12m Super Senior New Money injection. Deal closed at September 2018.

Gpack
Gpack is a leading company in the production of paperboard boxes and cases for the luxury, pharma, cosmetic and food & beverage market, being also active in the production of counter displays.
The relaunch of the company involved the restructuring of c. € 60m of financial debt and the injection of c. € 30m of new money and factoring lines provided by Oxy/Illimity. The deal was closed in October 2021
